A transformative training for practitioners ready to deepen their
touch-based healing practice.
Temple Somatics™ is a holistic approach to healing
that honors the body as a sacred gateway to transformation. Rooted in deep somatic work wisdom, energy, and trauma-informed touch, Temple Somatics™ weaves together the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of healing, creating a space where profound release and integration can occur
At its core, Temple Somatics™ is a path of embodied wholeness —one that empowers practitioners and clients alike to access deeper layers of truth, sensation, and liberation. This includes working skillfully with the body's innate erotic intelligence, understanding sexual energy as a potent force for healing , and holding space for profound emotional and somatic release.
Temple Somatics™ Practitioner Program is designed for those called to facilitate this work through hands-on, touch-based somatic release, including the sacred and sensitive realms of sexual healing. If you’re ready to deepen your practice and guide others into transformative healing, we invite you to explore this powerful training.
The Temple Somatics Practitioner Program™ is designed for healers, bodyworkers, and holistic practitioners who are ready to work with deep emotional release and somatic integration. Prior experience in body-based modalities, emotional healing, or personal growth work is essential. This is not a beginner course—it's for those called to go deeper in their service.
FOUNDATIONS focuses on the core principles of Temple Somatics: emotional release, somatic presence, and trauma-informed touch. FOCUS builds on this foundation and moves into sacred sexual healing, intimate touch, and genitals-based practitioner work. Each part includes a 6-module virtual program and a 5-day in-person retreat.
Each part (FOUNDATIONS or FOCUS) includes:
Six pre-recorded learning modules (released weekly)
Weekly handouts and guided practices to support integration between sessions
Three live 2-hour group calls on Zoom (typically Thursdays)
A 5-day in-person, non-residential retreat
All virtual sessions are designed to support your learning and integration before the retreat.
Yes. The full transformation happens through both parts of the journey. Tuition for FOUNDATIONS or FOCUS includes both the virtual course and the corresponding 5-day retreat. They are not sold separately.
Plan to devote approximately 4–6 hours per week. This includes watching video modules, attending live calls, and practicing on your own. The content is deep and immersive, you’ll get the most out of it by staying engaged between sessions.
Live calls are highly encouraged, but all are recorded. You’ll be able to catch up via replays if you can’t attend live.
You’ll be held in a substantial, trauma-informed container with regular group calls, Q&A opportunities, peer interaction, and guidance from Triambika and guest teachers.
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a quiet and private space, a journal, and room to move during somatic practices. Two sturdy cushions or props are recommended. All course materials will be provided digitally. An optional printed workbook may be available for purchase.
Each retreat is non-residential and held over five full days. You’ll be responsible for arranging your own lodging and meals. Retreat attendance is required for completion and certification. If needed, you’ll have up to two years from the end of the virtual course to attend a retreat.
You can complete the virtual course and join a future cohort’s retreat. You’ll have up to one year from the start of the program to fulfill the retreat portion.
Yes. Upon completing both the virtual and retreat portions of either FOUNDATIONS or FOCUS, you’ll receive a certification of completion in the Temple Somatics Approach™. Those who complete both parts are eligible for advanced recognition.
