I am the creator of the Temple Somatics™ Approach, a holistic and integrative path to deep emotional and sexual wholeness. I’ve spent over half my life exploring the realms of sacred sexuality, intimacy, emotional healing, and somatic release practices. This lifelong passion reflects my dedication to helping others achieve lasting growth and awakening.
My journey has taken me from the sacred ashrams of India to powerful ceremonies in the jungles of South America, all with the singular purpose of expanding my capacity to serve as a guide for profound personal breakthroughs. Through this path, I’ve been a trusted lead facilitator and co-founding member of ISTA, the International School of Temple Arts, where I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of individuals and couples worldwide. From global stages and television to intimate retreats, I’ve supported people in expanding into their fullest, most joyful expression of life, love, and sexuality.
My work today is diverse and deeply impactful. I help clients unlock profound personal shifts, guiding them through a journey that touches every layer of their being. Witnessing these transformations fills me with empowerment, confidence, and fulfillment. The heartfelt openings and magic that unfold in their lives after just one session continually inspire me.
Healing Collective Sexual Wounding...
My life has been anything but conventional. As a recovering Catholic schoolgirl, I wrestled with the confusing messages about sex that I was taught, which made it seem unholy. But I couldn’t reconcile how something that feels so divine and life-affirming could be wrong. I often navigated through disempowered relationships and the shadow side of the sex industry. This internal conflict led me to explore the depths of my erotic spirituality.
Through it all, I realized that what I was experiencing wasn’t just my struggle—it was a collective wound around sexuality. This realization sparked my quest to rediscover the sacredness of sexuality and to redesign my life’s work from that foundation.

What I found on this journey was wild: true freedom lies in our sacred connection with our Eros. Sexual energy isn’t just about pleasure—it’s the life force that fuels our vitality, creativity, and sweet sense of joy. It nourishes every aspect of our lives.
