Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your enrollment is a sacred commitment to yourself, to this work, and to the cohort you'll be joining. This policy honors that commitment while providing clarity and care.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment. Your deposit secures your space in the program and reflects our mutual commitment to hold that space for you.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit,
contact us at [email protected]. You will receive a refund minus any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Full Payment

If you pay in full and need to withdraw more than 60 days before your program begins, you may receive a refund minus your deposit.

Withdrawals within 60 days of the program start date are non-refundable. However, if space allows, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan and miss a scheduled payment, your enrollment may be released and your spot offered to someone on the waitlist. All payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

Program Changes or Cancellations by Temple Somatics™

In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly reschedule your program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort at no additional cost.

How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer

All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
